• The product should be purchased only from Zivira website and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
• Return request should be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and product packaging intact. Original Invoice shall be returned with the product
• Due to the intimate nature, Panties and Swimwear cannot be returned. Please do contact us in case if you have size related queries before placing the order.
• There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the products which caused by customer.
• Return charges borne by customers.
